Battlefield FCA and Culpeper Baptist Church Seek Dynamic Individual for Joint Role as FCA Representative and Youth Group Leader

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team in a dual role as an FCA Area Representative for Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties and as a Youth Pastor at Culpeper Baptist Church. This position is designed for someone who has a heart for ministry and sports, and who is passionate about impacting the lives of young people both in and out of the church setting.

First a word of caution. This life changing career will be the toughest and most rewarding career of your life. The mission, should you choose to pursue it, to lead every coach & athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church, and build, nurture, and expand a local area youth group will challenge you to your core and drop you to your knees in prayer, building your faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

If you believe you are hearing the voice of God whispering in your heart to pursue this dual role in youth and sports ministry let's explore the possibilities together. We are actively seeking women and men who believe in our vision, can add strength to our team, and help us grow God’s kingdom.

Your ministry area will include but not be limited to: Culpeper County and Rappahannock County
